Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

With 2017 coming to an exciting natural  close, that we have all worked so hard to achieve and please one and all with a memorable day. It’s also that time of year that brings reflection on the year past and focus on the fresh year to come. I’m sure that’s what we call New Years resolutions isn’t it?!

The dance schools reflection shows that it’s had such a blessed, strong year, and has a bright year in front of it. With a full year of fun, laughter, new faces, dancing and following all the children reaching their personal goals.

The children have given their hearts to the school, and all the children especially those who support me with classes are learning such valuable life skills, growing empathy for their peers and so much more.

Level Up is only in its first few months of supporting children in their education, but gaining feedback from parents and schools that children are gaining in confidence in themselves and their subjects and so are becoming empowered.

However, there are always ways that you wish to see yourself and your prodigies improve!

So as I admit to myself that New Year’s resolutions can be hard to commit to for the whole year. Leading such busy lifestyles, whether that’s with work, family, or anything that takes your time away from you. I have decided to give myself only 3 and to make those 3 more achievable and personal to me.

My first New Year’s resolution will be to support others to have the opportunity in finding some me time in their day/week.

So on January 6th 2018, I will be launching an online program called ‘Ballet Fit’, with its introductory week free, thereafter it will be a 6 week rolling program throughout the year.

So whether your new to Ballet or old hand, can’t find the time in your week to get yourself to class or don’t feel comfortable to join in a class. Why not join us for an online ballet class that allows you to take part in the comfort of your own home in your own time with an interactive social media group to support and motivate you.

I hope that no matter what you choose to do to give yourself some well deserved me time, I hope you find something that you want to do and something that rewards you.

From all of us at Pekary School of Dance and Level Up, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and we look forward to seeing you all in 2018.
